Edmund the Adventurer
The game is set within a medieval era partially open world, filled with countless interesting and hidden locations from small, picturesque villages to mighty walled off cities. With access to the latter only being gained through campaign progression and character development. What is more, throughout the map you may also stumble upon ancient ruins filled with hidden treasures and fierce guards, travelling merchants and traders, menacing caves, luscious forests, and towering mountain filled with resources vital to your progression. However, traveling to these locations will not always be easy, as bandits and pirates are just waiting to attack you and seize your priceless goods!
Your character, Edmund, begins his journey at a small rundown farm gifted to him by his new in-laws. Having recently married the love of his life, the young ambitious trader has big dreams for the future! However, before those dreams can come true, Edmund must first learn to manage his new farm and all the responsibilities that come with it. Honing his skills in farming and trading alike, he must learn and develop before venturing out onto his journey of success!
Throughout your game you will also have the chance to develop your character through the completion of various tasks and goals assigned to you by the different characters met along the way. As well as by honing your farming and trading skills through the collection of resources, production of specialized goods, studying of ancient tomes and even through battle!
Game progression and character development can be achieved through the learning of game mechanics. Both through difficult farm work and the initially not always successful interactions with other characters from faraway lands. With the NPCs you meet throughout your journey belonging to various nations and backgrounds, from fellow humans to elves, dwarfs, goblins and even animals!
As you progress in the campaign you will be learning about the world that surrounds you, its residents, and its often complicated and ambiguous history. One of your main goals throughout the game will be to learn this history and determine who are the innocents and who are really the villains in disguise.

About Us
We are a small team of two: a wife and a husband. Edmund the Adventurer is the first game development project we are involved in. It is a bit of a new world for us to create a new world for you.
We used to play games for decades and some time ago we came up with an idea to make our own game. A game which would consist of everything we love about games the most. Creating this game is hard work and a challenge for us, but it brings a lot of joy and is very rewarding. We hope you will enjoy the finished game as much as it is satisfying for us to create it.
