"The Search For Time"

This week we want to show you our moodboard inspirations for "The Search For Time"
The art style chosen for the game is heavily inspired by the series Gravity Falls and slightly inspired by the game Lost in Play. We hope to take elements from both and mesh them together to form the perfect style for our game.
- The artist has chosen a few images for our main character, Ricky, to demonstrate how we want him to look.

He is mostly in his teenage years, looking fairly young and having an adventurous spirit, he's just like any young innocent boy wishing to explore and be with his family.
- The grandfather is an older man, having lived a fulfilled and good life, being more of a happier and more caring character.
Both characters take their clothing inspiration from darker tones mostly connected to the Autumn season.
- Our logo will be inspired by a few games like Wind Peaks, What Remains of Edith Finch, and others. We're still exploring options for our design, perhaps connecting it with the game's name and making a play with words and symbols.
- The Interface/UI of our game will be inspired by games like Lost in Play and Wind Peaks, and the interactions with different characters will be mostly taken from Bound by Blades and Camp Canyonwood.
