yep press F4 ingame, then go into the flash folder and edit "flash_gun_(insertnamehere)", then save, your saved fx is going to be located in "call to arms/resource/entity/fx/flash/" folder.
then how to apply the saved muzzleflash to a weapon?

It doesn't work in CtA.In CtA all the muzzleflash codes in stuff.inc..I've been tapping it with custom codes of my own to apply my muzzleflash but it ended up with the weapon being t-pose.

The real problem is the weapon tag like this..

The weapon became t-pose and then when I edit it back to normal.The edited muzzleflash didn't show up and only the original muzzleflash from the original code.Its like the new muzzleflash I added in the stuff.inc doesn't matter.
keep the smg tag in the tags area,that will give smg animations to the gun, try placing the custom weapon muzzle flash before the others in stuff.inc in the code this time and see what happens.
