Our community Member Pelya published the UFO:Alien Invasion development version (2.4-dev) in the android market. The link is available here. There is still a lot of room for input handling improvements, but it's great to see our beloved little game on android devices. argh this not unplayable on SGS,crashing after loading map,But the game works,need to modify this port, and lower system requirements

Cant play on my xoom, game loads but sits at a black screen until it crashes.
Works on Samsung Galaxy Tab.
Texts are hard to read. Minimal graphical settings but unfortunately game wasn't fluent. I'll so some more testing soon.
i should get myself such a galaxy tab, too. i've only "played" it on my galaxy S right now - but the screen is really too small to play. We also have to improve the input handling for touch screens.
