A Quiet Life
Point and ClickAvoid touching deadly surfaces by rewinding time as you conduct your daily routine. A short 2D point and click game where spatial sound plays a big role...
Petrichor is the smell of rain. You wander the forest, breathe in the damp air. Eternal rain leaving puddles. You light a fire under a ledge to say warm. In your pocket is a damp note you found in the mud. "Remember The Sound Of Now - Δ" You tightly grip the handle of your umbrella as you toss the note into the fire. It turns to ash and it's fragment rise into the air. The path calls you back. Petrichor.
Petrichor, a game inspired by the "legitimate sensation of getting caught in the rain", is a point-and-click adventure platformer designed as an experiment to redefine some of the pillars of the genres from which it's based. With Petrichor, we hoped to push the boundaries of game and aesthetic/narrative design and so far, we're happy with the result.
Feel free to head over to Petrichor's site and give it a download.http://petrichor.sundaemonth.com/
It's completely free if you want it to be, but definitely don't hesitate to put your own price on it, I know developers Matt Rohr, Eric Winebrenner, and Jack Yeates would be ecstatic if you did.
