House Flipper 2 is the aptly named continuation of the cult classic home-renovation simulation game, House Flipper. The sequel, developed by Frozen District, builds on the original game with new and updated mechanics & tools. Players looking for a relaxing gaming experience will feel right at home (house?) revamping dilapidated houses and flipping them for a profit.

House Flipper 2 features a refreshed toolset, including upgraded versions of all the tools needed to fix up worn-down houses. Set in the newly introduced town of Pinnacove, the sequel adds a new layer of storytelling to the gameplay.

Another notable new feature is its Sandbox Mode, which enables players to create and share their own houses and jobs powered by mod.io’s Unity plugin.

The story mode offers long and engaging projects to renovate, while the sandbox mode allows you to construct houses from scratch.
