archive button Thread

suggestion: "ARCHIVE" button for each file page or article page should display ALERT before proceeding.

I usually copy and paste the description section when I upload a file.
So, I have to push "EDIT" button that sits next to "ARCHIVE" button.
As you can imagine, I accidentally press "ARCHIVE" button and the procedure begins....
It takes one day of archive period, and moderators have to check the file.
Current procedure doesn't do any good for all of us: uploaders, downloaders and moderators.

You also should not add text in the button (and change the size of the button) on mouseOver. It's totally unexpected move for a user who is about to push a button. It's stupid interface design. What is the purpose of the tooltip?
