If you are a Windows 10 user, you can change console window position as follows.

1. Open "Command Prompt".
2. Right click its title bar and choose "Properties".
3. Go to "Layout" tab.
4. Under "Window position" section, uncheck "Let system position window".
5. Modify Left and Top values to your preference. (for example, Left = -1000, Top = 0 )
6. The position of the window changes after entering a value in Left textbox and pressing TAB key.
7. Confirm the position in the picture under "Window preview".
