Six months ago I tweeted the development for Absolute Territory, covering a six month period of development. It was a pretty good snap-reel of development progress covering half-a-year of progress.
Since it's been six months from that snap-reel I'm about to embark on another journey tweeting development for this last six months. But before I do that. I think I should share the original journey.
Here';s a snap-reel of how development of @abs_territory has progressed over the last 6 months. Hold on to your helmets, I';ve got plenty of GIFS and videos coming, warts and all...#screenshotsaturday #indiedev #gamedev #gamedevelopment pic.twitter.com/1X0Tu13pj9

Spent about two weeks ensuring bullets didn't fly through objects at fast speeds. Also, beam and pulse lasers! pic.twitter.com/bLUSEFL4YM

Added gun tracking for those who are too old/tired/whatever to bother with pin point accuracy. Guns pivot separately at this point, where one gun can have lock while the other doesn't.

Turrets that twist and rotate. They can also be restricted to firing arcs. Code re purposed from @Why485 git hub. He's got some good stuff on there. His unity dev twitter posts are also cool. pic.twitter.com/94ERqyU10a

.Match speeds with your target. I had the idea to include 3 distance modes. Long, medium and short. Might be useful, or I'd like to think it would. pic.twitter.com/FnSsd2UFUR

The vertical bar on the right is the range finder. The yellow diamond is the distance to the selected target. The two green bars represent the range of the selected primary gun and the lock on range of the selected missile. pic.twitter.com/HYcNtbB9L4
