Hello everyone!
For this week's update, we're showcasing part of the UI, as well as the progression throughout the game.
On the top of the screen, you can see a Wave counter, that will advance as the player beats each wave, with varying levels of difficulty. Between each wave, a short animation counting down will take place, allowing the player to take a few seconds to prepare for what's to come.
You can also notice a counter for tomato and another one for cheese. Those rise as you defeat each type of ingredient.
The cheese is the second enemy type in the game. It's faster than the tomato, so it'll provide a different challenge too.
The placeholder sprites we're using for the playable character come from the 2D Game Kit by Unity Technologies, and we own no rights to them.
Stay tuned for more!
