The Sorrowvirus is getting a limited physical release on the Playstation 4 and 5!

While The Sorrowvirus is already out on consoles digitally, Limited Run Games are bringing The Sorrowvirus: A Faceless Short Story to PS4/5 physically! For our first game, this is a hugely exciting achievement.

It's been nearly 4 years since we first released The Sorrowvirus as an early access free-demo, before its final Steam release in 2020, and while it's on the smaller side, it was a game made by 3-4 people for quite a few years, and we're super proud to have overcome all the hurdles we faced to make something real, even though it may not be 100% how we envisioned it to be. We're very excited that the game digitally came to consoles in 2022, but even more excited that it's getting an actual physical edition we can hold, and so can you. While the future is uncertain, we hope to bring you more games from this universe.

We cannot confirm if The Sorrowvirus will be getting another physical release on other platforms, but we hope this happens one day for those of you who do not have a Playstation console. As always, the PC version of the game is the definitive version, but it's wonderful to have the game be out there for those who don't have a PC or one capable of running more intense games.
