We have some good news for you: Due to the many positive opinions and feedback we have received on our game, we have decided to make Forgotten Skies available to the community for crowdfunding via Kickstarter in the near future.
The reason for this decision is to get the game out to the public as early as possible and to optimize the production costs. This will result in a lower retail price when the game is released.
With the proceeds from a potentially successful crowdfunding campaign, the ongoing expenses for the development and production of Forgotten Skies will be covered as far as possible and we will be able to develop the game without any significant monetary setbacks up to the planned release date without any large hardships.
There will also be exclusive rewards for our backers, who will be able to follow Forgotten Skies all the way to its final release, while receiving great rewards for their support.
In addition to purely digital rewards, such as a copy of the game (redeemable via code on Steam) or a digital art book, we will also be able to offer our top backers physical rewards as a special thanks.
