I'd like to get it on Android, too. I'm a little short on Android devices for testing.
Have you tried playing it in Chrome on your desktop/laptop?

Thanks! I hope you try the game, too. ;)
Pssssst... Gogetyourpants.com -- I think it'll work just fine in Firefox.
HUGE NEWS! I've got a build ready for all the Windows/Linux/Mac people of the world ready to submit to the Chrome Web Store. Now you'll be able to join the 15,000 people who have played on iOS. It's a second Pantsmas miracle! I'll post a news update with the real details as soon as I have them.
I added a video for the new Panta Claus episode!
Thanks! I am actually working on that Windows release right now.
Official release date on iOS is Thursday, November 21.
Thanks for your continued support and kind words! :)
I can play with the pricing as a way to encourage people to try out the paid features. These will be my special low launch prices. People who wait to try the paid stuff might miss out on the low prices!
Yes, well there's no actual nudity, so hopefully they go easy on me.
You know that dream where you are at work or school and you forgot to put on pants? The game is more like that. It isn't a bunch of potty humor.
I am launching with 2 episodes which are 2 different stories. There will be more episodes to come, mostly being self-contained stories like a cartoon show on TV.
The drinks at the Inn are a way to support my development.
The game itself will be free. There is no trial period. You get the full game for free, and you can choose to support it by buying things in the tavern or unlocking optional story events.
Thanks for your questions!
Oh man! A spaceship management game with away teams on alien worlds?! SHUT UP! I've wanted to play/make this game! Shut up and take my money. (Off to Kickstarter.com I go...)
That explosion GIF is nuts.
Great pixel art!
I don't expect any differences across platforms I don't think.
I hear you about unlockable content. My approach is to let you have a full game experience without having to unlock if you don't want to. And I think when you see what the unlockable actually is you'll see my sense of humor about the whole thing.
I could have just charged $X.XX per episode, but that's going to turn a bunch of people away as well I think? The game is so young that I'd like lots of people to try it.
I just submitted the iOS version to Apple for approval. I'll post a backlog of juicy teaser materials now that I've gotten to the approval waiting game stage. And next after that: Facebook and Chrome Store versions for people to play on Win/Mac/Linux.
Sorry I've been so focused on finishing the iOS version I have been neglecting to do updates. The game will be coming in November.

Episode 1 is about The Underwerewolf. Lypanthropy is serious affliction.
I'm making cross platform menus. See look--> Cl.ly It is SO BORING. :p But I'll be done soon at this rate!
Great question! I plan to limit continuity between episodes, so you won't really need to know what happened last time in order to proceed comfortably. I think of it more like cartoons, where you know the characters, but usually any major changes that happen to them get resolved by the end of the episode. Watching them out of order isn't a problem.
Occasionally I will do cliffhangers between two episodes and you'll have to play through the first one in order to play the second. Generally though, each episode will be self contained.
One episode you might be in a seaside town, seeking Crabby Pants. In the next episode you may find yourself inside an evil wizard's castle seeking the Sorcerer's Suspenders.
Episode 1 of The Legend of Equip > Pants is a one off. But you can expect to visit Castle Pantsylvania in both Episodes 2 and 3.
I really love the pixel art. Beautiful stuff.
Yes, the first two episodes will be out this year. The third episode might even be done this year yet, but I'd be more comfortable promising Q1 2014 for episode three.
Excellent memory, sir! Yeah, that was done in 7 days for the Experimental Gameplay Project theme "Bare Minimum" -- the same theme that gave us all Canabalt actually. Experimentalgameplay.com
That original game of Equip > Pants was a Dragon Warrior or Final Fantasy RPG spoof, whereas The Legend of Equip > Pants is more of a Zelda-like.
Thanks JabroniJim! The first two episodes are complete and beta tested. I'm currently working on the product release details like menus and such, as well as platform porting details. I've also started production on episode three, but it is not finished and tested like the other two.
Watching this project closely! Fantastic work so far.
