What save-games are you referring to? You shouldn't be over-writing the original FATW mod with this folder (or trying to keep your saves). Just put the "FATW" folder from the download where the original FATW folder was.

You use this folder, which is 100% self contained, instead of the FATW folder. It goes in the same place.

Looks as though the province starts with 50/50 split of ways of darkness and ways of the west, which means the maximum unrest possible. If you wanna hop on the discord I can fire over (or explain) a fix.
