After playing some games i agree with you, they not owerpowered.
But i stil hawe one more question left.
Red Baner upgrade is rely strange one.
Who and haw came up with it?

if you put it that way then OK
but can you at least re-locate that upgrade somewere else?
with oll those upgrades Urban Warfare seems kinda-sorda owerpouwerd much?

new patch is good and all but why are you have doctrines upgrade for some of the soviet units(like more rifles for the conscriptse)?
Vanila game dose not have thise kind of things.

DO something with conscripts, they are useless in current form.
