The following is a blog post I wrote and submitted on February 23rd, 2024 to every mod under development by the Rogue Lambda development team, which I had just recently been forced out of following what I can only describe as a cavalcade of harassment that rounded off several years' worth of incompetence, mismanagement, neglect and general unprofessionalism I had come to expect within the team. (Looking at you, ManimAlice.) Naturally, the posts have all since been taken down.

I'm gonna level with you - a lot of the developers are self-serving, uncommitted wannabe modder punks who think they can make it big by attaching themselves to really high-profile mods like Vance, Blue Shift 2 and Prospekt. They spend all their time sending memes and taking the piss, and if I'm being brutally honest, I can only think of about three or four people out of the whole team who I saw do anything productive.

Alright. So now that I've been thoroughly ejected from the team by your trained monkeys, maybe I can finally air my grievances without having to be subject to the harassment and derisive comments and all the other astoundingly unprofessional behaviour I've had to endure for longer than the inept management would care to admit. I'd been a member of Rogue Lambda virtually since its inception and the disrespectful treatment I received in my unceremonious exit was utterly typical of the brazen displays of immaturity I have come to expect in recent years. Fine if you don't give a **** what my grievances are, but apparently it's too much to expect the opportunity to even speak of the matter without a round of mocking comments from some illiterate, mentally deficient keyboard thug who thought I was taking too long to write a message.

Laugh it up, *******. You're the one spending your days dropping juvenile memes and making asinine comments in a supposed development team that has, in all the years I've been there (and as previously stated, I was there from very early on), never once completed any of the projects they started on. And you think you're so much better than me because you write short messages? Good for you, buddy. Good for you. Well done. You have successfully mastered pre-school levels of literacy. Meanwhile, here am I, with ACTUAL writing qualifications (I guess studying BTEC English makes me too big a nerd for the lambdathals), consistently (i.e. this is far from the first time this has happened) having my contributions overlooked, ridiculed, and rejected offhand for supposedly unfixable issues that are, in fact, ENTIRELY fixable if any reasonable length of time had been spent considering the issues in the first place.

You don't like my proposals. That's fine. I'm not so vain I can't take criticism. But don't give me this wishy-washy "oh we can't do this, we can't do that" ******** when we both know damn well you're just making excuses and the real reason. You tell me how a dev project with a complete and clearly-defined GDD stumbles at the first hurdle because nobody can agree what engine to use? That's ********. We could've easily thrown together the demo in any old engine and we'd have the damn IP license already, but instead we all just **** around and screw ourselves out of the best shot we had for years at making a game that could actually turn a profit. And don't think I didn't notice when those specific dev channels were unceremoniously deleted. **** like this is the reason Race-X was never completed. The management is hopelessly out of its depth and too many people on the team don't take what we do seriously.

And let me ask you one thing personally, Syph0. Where's that mod project of my own you promised me? In your own words - "I'd let you pick any mod you've wanted to get made and as soon as Radiated is done and dusted whatever YOU want to create I'll see too it. 100% creative control on your project". So explain to me how that was EVER going to work out logistically when you've already committed the team to ReVance and ReProspekt. And furthermore, even if you ever intended to honour that bargain, your team damn well didn't. I think all the snubs I received over the years drives that point home pretty definitively. Answer me this - why were all my requests to become a moderator repeatedly ignored when I've got a strong and well-established record at fast, effective responses in dealing with spammers, trolls and other troublemakers? It sometimes takes your moderating team most of a working day to remove spam that I could have easily dealt with myself if I'd had the rights. What gives?

Six years, I've given to this team, and I've had nothing to show for it but frustration, humiliation and verbal abuse, and when I'd finally had enough of it, you had the affront to call ME immature when your monosyllabic misanthrope buddy was giving me the typed equivalent of a nose-thumbing. So yes, I'm ****** off and I've had enough of all your ****, and I want out. And frankly, I resent being ran out of ReVance, in spite of the fact that I'd had zero complaints from anyone about my work or my interactions with anyone else prior to all you making a scene out of it in the server. But you just couldn't leave well enough alone, could you? No, you had to go and make a big deal out of it and make a spectacle out of my departure in a public server like a damn six-year-old and make me look like a damn fool for supposedly taking things out of proportion. You don't respect me, you don't respect my work, you don't respect my feelings and I wash my hands of you.
