Awesome, finally a zombie game that I've always dreamed of.

Singleplayer, definitely tracking.
as for the zombies, will there be only slow zombies ;) or will there be fast, and unrealistic zombies as well :(

I say this because that would probably make the game stand out with slow zombies only, all the rest of zombie games have fast zombies, acidic zombies, and other zombie types. Usually.

And it does look a lot like state of decay.
