I guess you missed out on that first impression.
Looks like the game is still for sale..

This looks like the reason I'm getting into game design; there's simply no games like this.
Well done!!
Was it intentional for her to have a horrible flabby tummy?
Looks like the UI takes up too much room, and the character is a bit large..
In Australia it's currently $9.99 on Steam and $10.99 on Desura.
I too thought it was strange.
Thanks for the clarification!
There are quite a few sites listing it as Freeware (as you gave it away free).
Perhaps next time just give the demo away for free which includes an inbuilt link to purchase the full game.
This way, when other sites host it, it will be like Shareware instead of Freeware ;)
Played it on PSN a few years ago. A great little game!
Reminds me of Jetstrike on the Amiga, but simplified.
In comparison to all of the 99c apps available, I would say that 99c is a fair price.
In comparison to all of the free games available, well, you get the idea..
Are the graphics real-time or pre-rendered?
It's only a small drop; when is beta due?
Just saw this game on sandbox-games.net
Looks really good!
Wow, this looks great!! I wish that my pixel art was this good!!
I just tried this and got "Download Link Expired"
Arrived here from a Desura email. Graphics look good in the main picture but the background mechanic seems a bit meh and is really tiny in the video. Looks like a Gameboy Advance game.
Just received a Desura email and this was at the top. Looks interesting. Downloaded the deam and will get back to ya in a week or so when I get around to playing it :P
Nice curved screen effect, but as someone who actually owned one of these and used to play C64 games, I note that the corners should be rounded, not square.

Just got this game and must say it's really bad. That is all.
The footsteps are a bit loud. Sounds like he's running on concrete.. even whilst falling.
Love the realistic minimalistic art style and large draw distance.
The realism would make for some scary nights in a horror game, and that music would just top it off.
Great idea. I too am sick of crappy economics in RPG's, and have some similar (albeit simplified) ideas of my own for a classic RPG.
Now I just need to learn coding and art :P
I felt that not only was it too hard but too luck-based.
Though I did like the style.
BTW are you meant to press ESC to move through the dialogue? It's the only key that lets you progress, but it seems to skip parts out..
The usual suspects such as Enter and Space and Mouse Click seem to have no effect.
