If you want the old weapons back, just replace them with the original content. As for models dissapearing when you get close to them, We have no idea how to fix that. I've been trying to figure it out but nothing works. Same goes for nailing things to the walls with the crossbow.

ZimpanX, Many of the problems you have listed below have been known to us for a while. It's become harder for us to take care of this project since I'm in college now and I'm also working on my own model related projects. Crazychicken hasn't been around for a while too.

Yeah, sorry about that, that's entirely my fault. The hands thing is probably something to do with the unfinished hand mesh update. The HUD icons are probably just my sloppy reassigning.

We haven't done anything to the way physics are handled in the game, we have done a few things with ragdoll's joint constraints.

Yeah, We've experimented with adding different soundtracks, similar to what FakeFactory has done. We'll see if we can get a more fitting soundtrack.

In the Variations folder you can pick and choose what content you want to use. Anything from NPC models/textures, Weapon models/textures, HUD skins, sounds, and ported mod content like "Gman Invasion" replacement pack for Source.

If you legally own Half-Life 2 and Half-Life: Source, the headcrabs should work perfectly fine. Crazychicken designed them to work that way.
I strongly disagree with that. I can think of a lot of people who are much better.
