I'm the Project Manager/Producer for flaming Brain Studios. An indie game studio myself and one of my friends opened over a year ago. I am a computer science major at Western Kentucky university. I am only 1.5 hour away from graduating but I will have to wait till next spring to finish because of some stuff. So, I'm in that weird capable but not qualified position. :( . I worked as a software engieer at a department of defense contractor for a while but I left due "Some stuff" I didn't like.
So, I couldn't sleep tonight so I thought I'd blog a bit. I've been looking at all the great games here on ModDB. Its really great, and really depressing. I know we have assembled a Fantastic team that is still growing but when I look at these near complete games it makes me realize just how much work we have ahead of us. I know we will get it done, we have come to far to fail... It just seems that after all our hard work it's only the end of the first quarter of the game.... :( But I'm not discouraged, I know we will make something great that people will love to play AND have learned a lot along the way. My experiences at Flaming Brain have taught me so much already that I'm excited to see what the future will bring.

P.S. Interesting Podcasts are hard....
Flaming Brain Studios is a Web based Development Studio for up and coming developers. We employ everyone from digital artist and animators to programmers...
I posted a pretty extensive tutorial to modeling on the forum. I put everything that Neil said into words (or as much as I could remember). Check it out and let me know what you think... I will probably do something like that for the Level Design Forum too.
Hey, I fixed the game description to sound much better. :) Also, I think we need a little more info about the game in the description. A lot of the games on here have a page long description about their project.
