Hey, I have an HP Envy dv7 and the game just says "There is a problem with the webcam".
I know my webcam is in perfect working order... so how do I fix this?

I do exactly that... I get 1 sailor, then buy a better weapon if a character has a knife. Set sail... then I generally run into 2-3 pirates right off the bat. No chance to level up, no opportunity to gain more than 2 characters in many games.
Hey! Just wanted to let you know that the game is truly awesome!
One issue though, I feel the very beginning is extremely difficult, to the point of impossibility at times. Starting with 600 gold, I have played games where the only available sailor costs 400, leaving me with no money for any other crew or supplies... Since even weak pirates have 2-3 men, this is nearly guarenteed death if both members have daggers instead of cutlasses!
I feel like certain classes should be cheaper than others to solve this issue. A first mate might cost 2-3 times as much as a sailor, making permadeath still dangerous, but preventing a poop-tastrophy at the beginning of the game.
This couldn't possible be timed better for me. I am receiving a new gaming rig and can't wait to finally see this game in glorious 1600x900 with quad speakers and a subwoofer.
Kenshi .50 deserves... nay, DEMANDS this level of respect!
Also: Kidnapping or not, PLEASE implement raids ASAP. Without them, any semi-defensible base is only subject to random small groups of enemies.
Maybe you could make a spinoff version/game mode/update/sequal where we can play as a number of different beasts? They would each have their own special attack to use and certain advantages? (Faster health or power regen, longer reach, etc?)
I would buy it.
Actually I feel that the last boss is not as difficult as the boxer immediatly before him. That generally moves faster, punches more frequently, dodges more often, and aside from his health, is better all-around.
Also: I feel like the biggest jump in difficulty was with the 2nd "pro" league fight. That jabbing monstrosity does not let you recover ANY power, and he can knock you out FAST if you don't have lots of defence or points into health.
I invested when it was on sale, but I really would have loved that persistant world...
Be aware that this is an alphafund... the price will go UP as large updates are made. .40 might include a price jump, or it might occur at .41/.42.
... We have unwittingly become your employees... and paid to do so.
Genius.
That makes so much more sense than what I've been trying. I Just did a 31,500 in 10 with my lvl 49 ship, so I'm getting close. Still using a lvl 36 cannon is slowing me down....
The game is fun, but some descriptions are vague. I just completed juggernaut map with my frigate, contributed all 100% of materials, never died, killed 8 ships, didn't repair, and STILL have not unlocked ship of the line.
If that isn't good enough, then what is?!?
It looks great.... but I'm scared to buy a title with no demo and no real user reviews...
He's so humblesome. In fact, I have yet to even see an NPC named Captain Deathbeard.
Might be a nice idea as a high-level easter egg in the far reaches of inhospitable terrain. He could hint that he has the secrets of the universe. Naturally, the game would automatically load from the previous save if he died, and he would be neutral to all factions.
