Well, that certainly went far quicker and better than trying to get my Desura key. Good work.

I got it from Indiefort, too. I requested a Desura key back on September 15th of last year, but it was a no-go. I can't say I'm optimistic that I'll be getting a Steam key.

That would've been great advice about two months ago, but sadly XIII was removed from GOG. Great place to go for plenty of other games. Just not XIII, at least not anymore.

Little did Dracula know that the pregnant wife he had abducted was none other than the wife of a Belmont!

(Wait, what was that? Really? Seriously? Oh, ok. Well, crap. Sorry about that.)

...UNFORTUNATELY, it turned out that THIS Belmont had no relation to the famous Belmont clan of vampire hunters. I guess fate cuts even notorious vampires a break every once in a while, huh?

Don't feel bad. People are stupid, and the Steam community is dominated by the lowest common denominator.

A Linux port would definitely be great. Surprisingly, I've still had absolutely no success running this through Wine, and there are still no entries on PlayOnLinux or AppDB.

"Take the depth of Dwarf Fortress"

...hmm. I'm not sure you appreciate the amount of time and effort that has been invested into the development of Dwarf Fortress.

"add a bunch of lazy mages"

No problem there!

"update the interface to modern standards."

The depth of Dwarf Fortress AND a polished, fully featured interface! I don't like to be overly critical, but this might be more ambitious than you realize. I hope for your sake you have what it takes, as you have your work cut out for you.

Though I must say, you're doing a pretty good job so far. Keep it up!

I already had Wyv and Keep from the IndieRoyale, and bought it from IndieGameStand primarily for SmashBox. However, it didn't seem to include a Desura key for this game.

Seriously, though. This game looks pretty nice. I'm a sucker for platformers, and you've got an entertaining concept and artwork here. As for the music, you don't hear a lot of music like the song in the trailer in too many games, period. I like it. Can't really judge the action and level design, as I haven't played it, but it certainly doesn't look too shabby. If it stacks up to the rest of the presentation, I'd imagine you have yourselves a pretty good game here.

Thanks for putting it up on Desura and putting it on sale. Unfortunately, it's the holidays, but I definitely plan to check this one out some time.

It's been DRM-free on Gamersgate for ages. Why do they do this?!

I've barely seen it go on sale at all this year, but it seems to be free on the official website for the next 24 hours, which is awesome to say the least. Free is great, but more frequent sales would probably be better.

As for getting it on sale, I already picked it up over a year ago in Humble Indie Bundle 3, like I said. It doesn't change the fact that I think $20 seems like a bit much.

Come back when you're older, Luke. Your synopsis would have been okay had you not ruined it with your... *ahem*, "humor". Don't speak like this to anybody, ever again.

Anybody in real life who would so much as chuckle to this is only doing so to avoid making you feel awkward and stupid, and anybody outside of your social clique who has heard your "jokes" more than likely has formed a very low opinion of you.

I just updated to the latest installer (1.12), it's about 120MB, and the installed game is still about 1.43GB. The oddest thing is that it doesn't use external data. The executable itself, MetalDead.exe, is an outstanding 1.39GB!

It's a great game and all, it does look pretty nice, and being that it's 2012, I have hard drive space to spare, but the installation size is still quite a surprise.

I've got some great ideas for the sequel. There's Wario's Woods, Tiger Woods, Hundred Acre Woods, Enderman's Woods, Slender's Game, Gump Forre--- I mean Woods, Whispy Woods, and even Risky Woods.

I personally recommend pursuing Wario's Woods. It'd be like a colorful and addictive puzzle game, only horrifying. Imagine walking around in the dark, armed with little more than a flashlight and some mostly harmless creatures that need matching up. All of a sudden, 308 lbs of eldritch horror dressed in tattered purple overalls shambles toward you from the shadows, reeking of garlic, and eats your face off. GOTYAY.

I'm amazed it's gone this long without an appearance in an indie bundle or a 75% off sale. I'd almost forgotten about this game, but I guess it must still be selling pretty well. Hope to see it on sale some time, though. I'd been waiting for a sale for the last six months and pretty much forgot this game existed.

Well, there we go. I think I just felt it. My sense of humor, I think it died just now. I'll miss you, old friend. :/

If I was to choose between playing this game any longer than I already have for free, or giving money to WinGames for Azzura Avventura... I think I'd much sooner find myself playing Azzura Avventura.

"OOOhoohoUUhu! A porno is on.
What will you do?(get your ***** out/get up)"

Swell. If I didn't know better, I'd suspect you lot were laid off from Team 17 after writing for Box Office Bust. You guys really are a bunch of gentlemen in tuxedos, now aren't ya?

Oh, wow. This looks great, and it's free. I'm gonna have to give this a try. You even support Amiga OS and FreeBSD, I'm impressed. O_O

Unfortunately, it looks like folks have to go through the Desura client at the moment if they want to get your game here. Quicker just to click the link to your site and download it there for the time being, but you're probably going to want to do something about this soon.

Black Mesa: Source Anime Edition? Really?

Oh, that's just ******* horrible. What's next, "My Black Mesa: Science is Magic"? Black Mesa is far too good to deserve that kind of butchering. It's atrocities like this that make me ashamed to call myself an anime fan these days. :/

Yes, discount. It's been on my wishlist since the day it showed up on GamersGate, whenever that was. I hate to be cheap, but I decided that I'd buy it when I could do so without worrying about the bills, or when there was a discount, whichever came first. So far, I haven't been fortunate in either of those respects. :P

I've been waiting for this to go on sale on GamersGate for months now. I wonder why is there a 25 day delay before it launches on Desura?

It looks like we have our first faked score on the leaderboard. Either they're cheating or hacking, or perhaps it was an accidental glitch, but onekey has achieved a physically impossible score of 00:00:00:01 on Level 1-2.

In Google Translate for your convenience:

"good ideas but that realization ... I hope this is a very early version, and when the game comes out?
a cool video, I played the demo"

Pretty much my sentiments as well.

I said this before, but the comment was removed by WinGames. Some people said that this didn't work for them, but I had the same error and it fixed it for me. Try deleting the videobank folder and you might be able to get the demo to run.
