Is there any way to stop own AI to nuke? Can't make bombers AI as they nuke as soon as it becomes available.

As a suggestion - you could put a decision to activate and deactivate headquarter creation decisions. They take somewhat unnecessary space on decisions menu. This could also apply for seaport/railroad etc. as they consume a lot of IC a long time for minimal bonuses - I don't use them after a few levels.

Thanks - I always went for short term economic boost as money is much less important than IC, I'll do it right next time.

I got it wrong from unit description it seems, it writes "but there are also standard Kampfgruppe units that any country can build, provided they have research the proper technologies.". I really wanted to add them to my mechanized or air cavalry units.

-Giant infrastructure projects event is not happening as well, I'm second highest IC in the world, after US, I should be able to do them.

-I researched everything, but I still couldn't find how to build Combined arms group.

Also, Continental military power strategic bonus kept disappearing, I didn't get any bonus until I became weak superpower.
