I'm guessing that this is a jab at Paul WS Anderson movies.

The mod doesn't let me take screenshots, it always keep saying "fail to open screenshot"
Bisento here, pretty much exceeded all expectation. While the first version did take Blood FS to a whole new level, this one is up to 11.
For some odd reason, the achievements are disabled on Paradise Lost, but somehow the achievements is obtainable in AWP/Share The Pain. After making a backup file of the original games, and when I restored it to the original state, I can get achievements again. The issued first showed when I first installed the mod, tried to solve the issues by looking into the 5025X settings and change from (already done it with the original settings)
[GameTypes.P2AchievementManager]
bDisplayAchievements=False
To
[GameTypes.P2AchievementManager]
bDisplayAchievements=True
and for some reason the issue couldn't be fixed. Anyways the version of Postal 2 I'm using is from GoG.
Imgur.com Here's the link as proof
I tried pretty much everything, checked the default and user settings in the Paradise Lost folder. Anyways when I restored the file in it's original state from the backup, I started to get achievements again.
It's already been covered, and for those that don't have the 3.0, found a way to get their hands on it. Also Doomworld is an utter sh%thole(most of the doom players stood away from the forum and just go their for WAD downloads)
Despite the changes which irritated so many. To be honest? Not much is censored after doing a side by side comparison. I don't blame you since you did what you had to do which is understandable. Just so you know that the one who got offended by your work and demand changes; they don't have to play the mod, this is your work, your vision, you don't owe them anything. Other than that you've made an awesome piece of work.
Did you just say Major Arlene? I passed by her twitter page only a couple of times. but anyways I don't think she's in a position to make any demands, cos for one she's not working on the game and it's not her work. BOA dev doesn't owe anyone anything and shouldn't kowtow to censorship.
Hows the mod coming along? cos I'm planning on returning to play Extra Crispy spite of the crash due to the Cerberus burning the player as you mentioned.
You know what would be nice? Much faster reload time for the shotgun and I'm not saying it should be monstrosity level of fast reload. Just fast enough, because Patrick Galloway isn't a WWI combat vet for nothing. Also since Haste spell does have some affect on the reload speed for the revolver, can it be done with the shotgun? THAT would mean alot.
Wish you do though since once players beat the main game or Extraction point. There isn't any much to go on.
If anything, I would consider this as your greatest work before Half-Life 2 MMOD. Such a shame that the mod only works with the main game only and not the expansions, (tried to work around it, and the only thing that worked are the sound effects). Anyways I'd probably wouldn't mind replaying the game again.
After playing the first episode for hours with the Extra Crispy mod, I really have to say that it took Blood into a different direction with more innovation such as giving different enemies attack patterns and new features like the Fat zombie becoming a much capable combatant where in the previous came players can just duck against bile and cleaver while using the aerosal flamer, here in the EC mod players need to be more tactical. Even though they're so many weapons which can be overkill in the players eyes, but on the other hand they're well-balanced which when it comes to certain enemy types which I could understand why. the red cultist and necromancers give players the run for their money. Starting to get a Doom Eternal vibe as well, not because of the over the top blood and gore, weapons, or newly added features like the finisher. More like playing chess in a very good way as players need to think two steps ahead alot more.
What would also be nice if the mod can display level status like kills and secrets counts since the unmodded fresh supply is unable to do that in options and yes I'm a completionist in some way (in the original Blood, level status can be displayed on and off in options)
Aside from the cheesy oneliners from Army of Darkness...Chainsaw and shotgun is a very nice throwback and shoutout.
Even though the original blood has a hard time clearing input keys for the keyboard (not without source ports like Nblood and GDX at least), Fresh Supply hasn't fixed bother to even fix the issue
Would love to play this mod if it were on the original blood and not on Fresh Supply. (On Fresh Supply, players can't unbind or delete key on that re-released game)
The SFX for the shotgun is from FEAR which is a very nice shoutout considering that both games are from Monolith.
your discord link is expired
You really outdone yourself with the character designs, easter egg posters(even when it's jabs at social media culture which I found in the subway level in Duke it out in DC), weapons, pretty much almost everything within the game.
Will buying and upgrading weapons apply to all the episodes including the classic or only the new episode. Because that would be awesome to upgrade in the classic episodes.
The game keeps on crashing occassionally non-stop whenever I try to interact with the security feed or camera screen.
While Ion Maiden/Fury is an enjoyable game in it's own right, I think it's best as it is since everything there is already detailed. Because they're two different games compared to AA(played it a million times) and as for Ion Fury; I respect the fact that they're trying to keep in touch with it's original roots of retro FPS games, but seems to be forgettable in terms of oneliners. However given how the game Ion Fury is using a heavily modified eduke32, it's possible to look back and fourth at the assets since they have interesting details that could implement greatly for future Alien Armageddon. While I enjoyed Ion Fury, nothing tops Alien Armageddon since it's pretty much serves as a spiritual successor of what Duke Nukem Forever 2001 originally is going to be, hence the partner named Bombshell.
I hope this isn't the last episode because the emperor does have a very nice charm in the last level of Duke It Out in DC compared to charismatic villains that audience would want to see more of. The more interesting the bad guy, the more interesting the premise is. It really is that simple. You don't have a story unless you have conflict (even though the premise is based off cheesy action flicks). The bad guy in most cases is the conflict. Just like Joker and Batman or Superman and Lex Luthor. After the success of Duke Nukem 3d, while there was endless of consoles spin-offs and expansion which probably means there is a sizeable hierarchy. Aside from The Battlelord, Alien Queen, Cycloid Emperor, and Overlord if anyone wants to count the characterization from the adult flash game abduction which I do find interesting with a shades of "Even evil has loved ones", but since it's only a flash game I doubt the rules could apply, can it?
Love the smooth design of the M4, I wonder if Bombshells shotgun gets an updated look.
Almost anyone can do a Duke Nukem impression nowadays. Youtube videos speaks for themselves.
Santa Clause being kidnapped and brainwashed by some space invaders who also been collaborating with the Cycloid empire to terraform the entire earth into one big nuclear winter, and this is where Duke and Bombshell steps in, stop them from ruining x-mas. Not a bad story for Dukeboss to put on the list.
OH no, JUST NO. No offense, but Nuclear Winter is an undercooked mess with zero creativity where half of the level layouts and assets are reused from the classic games. On the other hand I won't mind if enemies are new and I do like the idea if the female elves are skimpy or just downright naked, rather then the alien troopers wearing a santa's hat and the enforcers wearing a reindeer headpiece. Don't get me wrong, while it's not a bad idea to incorporate the "Nuclear Winter", the game expansion itself is a hot mess and it will take a long time for the dev's to clean it up and have it put into Alien Armageddon.
The ammo bug is an uncommon if not a rare glitch, however there's bug in the last level of Dukes Caribbean, Life's a Beach "Alien Remains". If players strays far away and decides to switch to Duke/Bombshell, players ends up being on the last floor of the level and the bug is fairly common if players as long as they remain close to Duke/Bombshell or tell them to wait and return to them later to make them follow the player.
The enemies like the Ogre can be bullet spongy, even with headshots. While I don't mind them soaking up damage, but the super shotgun could've been at least 2 shots.
I played this game over a hundred time and I never gotten tired of it since they're alot of awesome innovations where the mighty boot becomes to essential it can decapitate aliens from a timed jumpkick or slide kicking into another enemy where it sends them flying back a little bit. There's a minor bug in "Duke it out in DC" in the beginning of the level 'Brown Water' where the Rocket Launcher ammo capacity is 650 to the point any players can actually goes nuts with it, though it could be fix when picking up a or another rocket laucher or a nuke.
strange because I did read the change logs for UP 9.7
(As of UP 9.7, players no longer need to invest 2 points in seduction in order to ameliorate their relationship with Jeanette or Therese; just the 4 points in persuasion will do.)
