Late Fall должен быть в конце списка аддонов, если отключить аддоны что в списке в описании все будет работать нормально. Шейдер пак не нужно устанавливать ведь об этом не написано не где. Некоторым пользователям он понадобился в основном что бы самому не собирать их. Для ванили и EFP
'cloudy_light_day3' находится в файле sun.ltx у меня такой секции в аддоне нет.

Did you disable default efp shaders and nvg? It must be disabled. And clear shaders cache after, modded exe’s must be copied in your Anomaly folder
