Bruh that's asparagus
Oof Penumbra did not age well lol
Man I can't believe it's been a decade, absolutely ridiculous. I remember as a 13 y/o I was so excited upon release that my dad got me to do my homework by not letting me play until I did it. In the months following Chapter 1 I must've replayed it 15 times, I even had my parents watch and they enjoyed it lol. Nowadays I'm married with a kid and haven't touched videogames in years. Underhell really was the peak of experimental FPS indie games and is still one of my favorite games ever, up there with HL2 itself. Hopefully some day I can show this to my kids as "one of the classics" lol.
Wow, I just realized the 2015 release is older now than the original was when the 2015 version came out. Here I was thinking the new version was only a few years old, time flies in weird ways.
It's amazing how so many different independent developers have made their branches of Source look like a modern game engine.
When people want to make money with their skills 😱😱😱
I remember as a kid I didn't know text-to-speech existed and they were just weird sounding voice actors.
Hey, this mod's name "We Don't Go To Ravenholm' but in the mod it looks like you do go to Ravenholm. What's the deal?
I like
I love the style of your mods.
What do you mean 'fixed'?
I always loved the looks of this mod. Thanks for putting the code out there.
This mod has really stuck with me. Flesh is just so unique compared to other Source mods from that era. The controls were crude which somehow added to it, the voice acting was corny, the graphics were outdated but pretty at the same time, the music was perfect and the atmosphere was as thick as peanut butter.
I don't know why, but every once in a while I still catch the spooky music playing in my head and it makes me think about when I was a little kid getting excited to play the cool new mod I found.
Damn. It truly is impressive what you managed to do with this project. This was in development for such a long time that I definitely don't blame you for being done with it.
Straight out of good old HL2.
Love the lighting.
