Hello. As a project lead, I understand any frustration felt, and can assure you that it is shared.

What insight I can provide is this;

It is my deepest regret that this project has stalled as it has. Real life complications has simply slowed things down. However, an abundance of resources still exists, and work is still being done.

Rest assured we are still plugging away. Holiday season is always a slow time.

I have a scenario planned out that has the start of the War of the Five Kings along with the Targaryens and the wars in Essos.

Do you have a discord? It would be much easier to go over everything there.

New units are still in development and will not be released in this beta.

The White Walkers will be a fully developed faction on maps that include them. I do not believe in unplayable factions.

Various scenarios are in development. The beta to be released shortly will be focused around the Blackfyre Rebellion.

This project is meant as a general resource pool to be used in any scenario. The current scenario being done is the Blackfyre Rebellions, which take place roughly a century before the events of the current series. Thank you for your interest, and let me know if you have any more questions.

All of those are planned factions. Even the Walkers.
