I'v made up 4 chars so far and for some reason with this one, even thou i'v won a lot more than 10 tournaments it still says that i haven't when i talk to the wizard what do i do now :/?

Is There a way to know the location of the wizards? Do they have a pattern to the cities they travel or is it full random?

How do i build the outpost, i only get the option to build the camp, and cant find a way to upgrade it either :/
