Is it likely that Dominions 3 will be put up on Steam in the not-too-distant future? CoE 3 is on there, so I have to wonder.

Well, I wouldn't say nowhere. I found ONE used copy on amazon for $60. But I'm not gonna risk it. No telling if the key is still good anyway.
