Distances at which AI can hear sounds (and other properties) are defined in .ogg comments in the file itself. These values were modified to better suit gameplay.

This is often the default position of muzzleflash for weapons in Anomaly. I don't often make changes to this, but will be making some in the release of Military pack.

because there is no animation for when it's not empty.

That's how a PSO works. It's not lined up with the bore of the weapon - no fix needed.

If you don't wish to use my animations, then yes, you will have to remove my animations or reimplement the older animations back yourself.

If I can make it so the gun uses a different animation when the scope is attached and find the time to animate a separate reload, sure.

Nope. It's part of the aiming animation. These are close range weapons not secured into the shoulder. They aren't meant to be used for accuracy.

Hey there! For any of my official releases, I will not be patching or updating anything until release of the Military pack. So no intermediate hotfixes. HOWEVER, Solarint seems to have made a patch himself here:

I just checked the sounds and don't understand what is "scuffed" about them. They are working fine for me.
