If it doesn't work, install steam, then figure out how to get amnesia:the dark descent from Desura to Steam
Launch the game and select custom stories.
That SHOULD work.

Instead of using Desura im not saying its bad,but Try STEAM its like desura but BIGGER and more FREE games :D give it a try :D
