I'd be more concern as to whether they know what they're doing or not. I know a few big major modding groups have no clue what they're doing. Yes. I have first hand experience with such groups and have left them because of their incompetency coupled with their management and attitude. Only time will tell, but for the last two years most big modding group have not added special features besides The Old Realms. That's on another level.

I think its possible to add a mix. Not clearly remembering. There will be custom animations in the final/later versions. It's already been implemented.

yes. The Spaniards are in the game. You can see them in a few of my youtube videos somewhere on youtube. I even played around with the percentage of each units to see how they hold up. Since I staged the mod in Calradia, I am allowed some freedom/fantasy. I have Tercios, Swiss Pikemans, Landkeschant style units, Winged hussars, an english civil war pikeman, etc. and some custom Calradian units as well which is customizing factions of calradia.

I want them to carry pistols or bows just like we see in photos, but I don't want them to become horse archers. I can try to give them a one shot long range pistol so that after their shot they switch to blades and attack. I heard that the wings made noise. Perhaps it could scare horses or distract horses? Only history knows.
So what do you suggest to implement the koncierz? Have a special troop tree branch or just include it as one of the equipment set? One set for each type of bladed weapon.

Yes, both the straight and curved sabers will be included. Also, the lances as well. Broken lances would require some coding. I understand the logic behind it to make it work, but I would need a C# coder to realize it for me. And this all only requires native logic. Regards

At first it was just to add plate armor and firearms into Calradia. Now I'm going more for the 15th to 18th century style. Pike and Shot era stuff which includes armor from the English Civil War as well because I couldn't resist the looks of their armors. I saw that cuirasses looked quite good on bannerlord native stuff, so it started there. I know that I have flintlock and bayonets too, but those outlier items just came to be because I had access to them.

Thank You. Progress has been good so far in terms of gameplay. After I finish the Winged Hussar, focus will go to Swiss Mercenaries and the plate armors. Since the mod isn't historical, I am able to mix things up.

How did you make those wavy gold trim pieces? And in which program? Is there like an automated or semi-automated way to do it?

I modeled them myself in blender and/or zbrush. Nothing special. Just some low poly stuff.

Thanks. I'm trying my best. I hope I can recruit some coders and 3d modelers to take this mod up a few notches.

Their mod is more roman themed based while I seek to bring cuirass and morion helmets into the game. Me and Kingkilo go way back before the mod tools even released. I brought the hand cannon to bannerlord and we both helped refine it. We have since went our own ways to venture in our own interests. He ended up with romans while I ended up with macedonians.

I can say about 4 to 6 months. But know that the mod tools keep breaking. I can say that this is a long term project with items gradually being added in.

I would need a coder for that. I know a lot of people are busy with their own projects but I'm open to anyone willing to help with the coding.

It's said that the great coders are hiding and waiting for the full release before touching anything. I was able to do something similar. Check it out.

I loved With Fire and Sword. Especially when I started modded it. I increased the speed of the reloading and shooting and the soldiers just looked like gun slingers, but with rifles. Also, I upped the distance at which the bombs could be thrown. As soon as the battle started, bombs flew across the battlefield and was exploding everywhere. I did remember playing legit for a few campaigns though. Loved the systems they had in place.

No it won't because I'm a one man band. It would require me to model all the armors, clothing, and weapons of that time. What this mod aims to do is take some armors of the pike and shot era and place them in the Calradia era. I've seen a few people make asset only for such eras. As my modeling skills improve or if I can recruit capable people, I may make one that is historically accurate to the pike and shot era.
