When i paste that banner and save it... it will make 2 same-named paint.net pictures... and when i delete that i dont want that banners will disapear from game

Ive got a little bit a big problem with textures of idk what it is but probably it should be some bush... i dont see that bush but i see a small white circles... mainly in North land... it is glitch or some bug idk, but please fix it becouse its very very ugly and strange...
