Help with game publishing Thread - Desura

Hello all,

We set up our project a few weeks ago, scheduled to launch yesterday (May 1st.) We verified with Desura staff that everything was ready to go but were dismayed to find that our game did not publish on the date we had hoped to launch. We've set up some marketing initiatives and are already committed to spending some amount of money to promote the product. We've contacted Desura support through multiple channels but haven't heard anything back from anyone.

We've uploaded binaries for both Mac and Windows; and completed all of the account requirements so we're simply baffled why the product page hasn't published yet and made the game available for purchase.

Any help or pointers would be sorely appreciated.
