ScrumbleShip is the most accurate space combat simulation devised to date. Gather resources, construct a capital ship out of individual blocks, then pilot it with AI or human help against other players.
Here's what ScrumbleGet currently looks like on linux. (For a given OS - Each one changes it a little) Mostly works fine, although I do see it cuts off the news a little. That's a simple fix.
I've got a lot of the old functions hooked up to the new gui. It'll update ScrumbleShip to the full version and run it, allowing you to play singleplayer or connect to the testing server. It still needs to do a few more things, listed here: Pastebin.com

linux version looks better than windows -.-
Remember that the windows screenshot was using the classic theme, so no fancy Aero stuff.
I imagine it'd be a bit nicer looking with Aero effects.
