Red Alert 2: Apocalypse Rising brings the exciting storyline and epic clashes from the classic Westwood Studios game, Command & Conquer: Red Alert 2 to realm of first person shooters, with a twist. We've remained loyal to the style and feel of the 2000 classic, while integrating content from its expansion Yuri's Revenge with a bit of updated history to add to the mix. Built off the W3D engine Westwood Studios built for classics such as Earth & Beyond and Command & Conquer: Renegade finished up in 2001, we help bring the fight to you as you play out your role as any one of a number of infantry classes participating in team-based combat that often involves land, sea, and air combined-arms clashes that just don't happen in any other game. Oh, and did we mention it's FREE?
"Guy with a wrench has started modeling interiors to the civilian buildings that he made a while ago. The building has a single floor with areas to fire from on each side. We'll speak more on the garrison logic as and when we get it working, since at the moment we are just finalizing our theory on how this should work etc."
always nice to have urban environments
isnt it a bit overkill to have Modelled all of the windows? would lookd just fine - i have no idea how many polies the RA2 engine can handle but imo thats a bit overkill ^^ not saying its bad - it really isnt its Great ^^
RA2 engine? Anyway this gameengine should have no problems with this on computers nowadays.
Not sure where you got the idea this is for RA2, but ok, its on the SAGE engine, which is what Renegade the mod this is being made for, runs on...
Never thought the engine could handle this.
