I ACTUALLY RELEASED THIS AROUND 2003-2004 BUT SINCE STRATEGY FIRST CLOSED DOWN THE FORUMS I FIGURED I PUT IT HERE ON MODDB. I CASE YOUR GAME IS NOT VERSION 1.04 I INCLUDED THE UPDATED PATCH.
