Yeah, that's basically what I thought, in the sense that a level like "Trick or Treat" could be released on October 31st for added effect.

Haha would have been cool! That's what we actually tried to do with the iOS version when it came out late last year! =) If all goes well, we'll be launching in the next few weeks for MAC and PC! =)

I like the action and the creepy spiders & Skeletons! Its kinda hard to see whats going on with so much movement. I hope the Story Mode is a bit slower so I can develop a strategy.

Hi booman! Thanks for the feedback! .. And yes, the Arena's are crazy non-stop action so you can try to beat your previous kill-count. The Story mode has a much more structured style of playing mixing adventure, platform style levels, traps, huge bosses, escort missions, etc. You'll find many strategies to attack your foes!

For example, here in the office, some of us prefer the ranged "Ninja Star" strategy, where you can heard the enemies like cattle into a big group and throw a single Ninja Star to wipe out the whole wave and boost your Ninja Focus (Blue Bar) to the max with a single blow, others prefer to get head deep in the action with the "Whirlwind" special attack, etc. The Kamikaze and Ground Breaker are lesser special attacks more for the use of getting you out of tricky situations, but they are still deadly if used correctly! At different points of the Story, it provides instances to use all of the above!

Your main weakness is if you get swarmed and don't have enough Ninja Focus to get out of the situation.. Although, unlike the video, a true Ninja would never let that happen! =)

Hey Imm. studios, maybe this is not the place to ask questions, but I truly am curious: did the game "iNinja" inspire you guys? That was my childhood, one of the best game I've ever played :_)

haha surprisingly no! I don't think any of us on the team have played that game. It looks cool though! =)

We pulled inspiration from a wide variety of themes and games, as well as a lot of personal jokes from inside the studio! For example, not many people know this, but the phrase "PUNGAAA!" actually came from one of our oriental members asking us to save a file as a PUNGA file! What he really meant was a PNG file, but he pronounced it PUNGAA! So from then on, we all kept calling it that, eventually it became an internal catchphrase, and soon after that, it became a natural one for Ninja Guy himself! haha theres some random history for you! =)

Description

NINJA GUY
TRICK OR TREAT ARENA (PC / MAC)
This video demonstrates the gameplay and vastly improved Desktop Graphics of Ninja Guy in the Trick Or Treat Arena!

GRAPHICS
You will notice that the visuals are improved tenfold over its mobile counterpart, complete with realtime shadows and lights, screen post effects and high resolution textures!

ARENAS
Unlike the levels in Story mode, the Arenas in Ninja Guy are quick 2 minute battles where you can test your "Ninjaness" by defeating wave after wave of enemies and comparing your final kill count within that time!

GAMEPLAY
Ninja Guy's special moves are demonstrated in this arena video, including the "Whirlwind", "Ninja Stars", "Kamikaze" and "Ground Breaker". These require Ninja Focus (the blue bar), which slowly regenerates over time and can quickly be regenerated by defeating enemies.

STRATEGY
Once you master the most efficient ways of defeating the most enemies with the fewest amount of attacks and "Ninja Focus", you will be able to keep your blue bar at a high level which enables you to continue to use powerful attacks! But don't allow yourself to be swarmed! Even a Ninja cannot succeed in every situation!
