Going Up - The Adventures of a Cat is a mobile game about Gerald, a cat bored with his monotonous life and in search for new adventures. Aboard a hot air balloon, Gerald's objective is to get higher and higher so that he arrives at the coveted top of the world or, perhaps, the universe! The player has to avoid obstacles as they appear and earns more points as Gerald gets higher, but if anything hits Gerald's balloon, it's game over. Going up has no end: when it looks like Gerald is going to succeed in his quest for the higher ground, an obstacle will come out of nowhere and shatter his dreams, just like life...
I am the kind of guy who has spent (MANY) hours playing flappy bird in order to be the highest score among my friends. It amazed me how a game with stolen graphics and bad control could amuse so much. I knew a lot of things could be done to improve on the general gameplay, a world of things could be done do improve on the graphics and overall experience. Seems I've found the game that's done all that. I got 1016 points (or something like that) on my first day (after just a few hours heh), how many have you got?
