The Old God has left the world and the pretenders are awakening and coming out from hiding. You start the game by designing one of the pretender gods that will compete for true ascension to godhood. The type of god can range from a magically powerful arch mage to an ancient kraken or a mystic monolith that people pray to. Your pretender controls one of over sixty different nations and with the help of that nation he will spread his word and battle the other pretenders. Dominions 3 is a turn based strategy game. You can play single- or multiplayer (1 - 23 players) with simultaneous turns. There are more than 1500 different units, 600 spells and 300 magic items in the game. The game also features a medieval musical score by Erik Ask Uppmark and Anna Rynefors, both awarded the title of Musicians of the Realm by the Swedish Zornmärkeskommiten. Dominions 3 is a highly detailed game and a 300 page pdf manual is included in the download.

Hey, I was looking to download Divine Right 2 and some other maps but because Shrapnel forum is down or its downloads are not working, I can't access them. Does anyone have copies of those and are willing to upload them somewhere? Thanks alot! |

The Shrapnel forums are back up and running and they will try to minimize the impact, so you could go and check if the attachments there are working again. They work for me at least. |

Why don't you do that? Instead of continuing to post that it needs to be done. You've developed a automation for it. You have a server. What's holding you back? Dom3minions seems like a fine place to host an archive of Shrapnel threads. Edited by: Maerlande |

Quite true. Altho Dom2Minions (and later Dom3Minions) was created to host other peoples projects. I had actually gotten quite a ways along in migrating old things to a new forum. And I do have a very large collection of mods and maps. Some with versions of the same one going back to Dom2. I havent quite decided what to do with it all yet. But the new forum got discovered, publicized too early, commented on too harshly. I do have some nice please/thankyou requests in private to help other people move forward with their projects.
