Description
Officer Smallwoods is part of the tiny law enforcement crew on the island. Unlike other societies, they don't have a prison on Catmouth Island, but instead the criminals are given community service. That ranges from simple things for minor offences like picking up garbage, to more difficult things like swimming with sharks for major offences.
She likes to go climbing in the mountains, and hurt her knee on her way down. :3
