BUMPERS & BROADSWORDS: MAXIMUM is a tower-scaling, BUMPER-collecting RPG, set in a universe where Yu-Gi-Oh! and Beyblade had a wonderful baby and everyone is obsessed with it.
History
I'm a big Yu-Gi-Oh! fan, and wanted to combine that kind of monster-based deckbuilding with the kind of bouncy physics I became good at implementing through coding a bunch of Arkanoid-style games.
Once the core gameplay was nailed down, all the anime nonsense was easy to sprinkle in...
