Download, unpack (with WinRAR or similar), copy the folder wherever you like, then run Bickadoodle.exe to play. Easy! Version 1.1 - fixed a few minor glitches (notably the flickering horse) and increased the movement speed for both walking and riding. Version 1.2 - suppressed a very minor false error message.
