Rory Mitchell started making games as a kid in 2003, learning programming in Visual Basic 6 and working on games in Game Maker Community. Since then, he has worked as an indie game developer, as a UI/UX designer in the local video games industry and has won a Sony Entertainment Asia Award.
In early 2019, Rory met Christoph Jakob aka. DisOmikron and started to work on StoryArcana together, collaborating over Discord, with Christoph creating soundtracks and Rory doing the programming and art for the game. Shortly after, they met a concept artist named Rio and an illustrator named Pina. We are still on the look out for more help from pixel artists as the game's hi-bit art style is quite time consuming. In 2020, Cyomo was established as the official name for the team, and the website was launched.
