I installed Steam on my SSD, and install every other game on another hard drive. And my other hard drive is where I install some of my sourcemods. Some appear, some don't. Now, I may sound stupid, but I've never done this thing before. What is a symlink/directory junction?

The mod isn't showing in my Steam library. Is there a fix for this? I followed the instructions very carefully and nothing's really happening.

It appears that response is wrong, and I am surprised. All the features of the Realistic Weapons mod have passed on to this mod, and I can tell, by the pistol, the shotgun, and most noticably the grenades. Maybe the creator did do some serious editing. I did not purposely mod the two togeter, the mod is extracted to the base file of Doom 3, but is not manually run. Though everything else is fine, the iron sights, the dual pistols, the secondary fires, all of it is fine. Just the mod merged with Perfected Doom, I guess.

Will this mod work with the Realistic Weapons mod as well?

Rename the EXE. At least, for those who haven't bought it through Steam, but most likely most did. Though renaming the EXE (into anything, it can be from DOOM3.EXE to DOOM 3.EXE, BOOM3.EXE, or anything else, just not doom3.EXE.) on a Steam version will most likely not work.

Nice mod, dude! Also everyone who doesn't understand: Doom 3 BFG Edition is a piece of crap, get the original one with RoE, as Doom 3 BFG Edition does not improve a single thing, and is NOT modder friendly, meaning that you cannot mod BFG Edition, only original.

Replaced my BFG Edition with the original Doom 3 (With RoE) and tried this out as soon as I could, and my god is it gloriously epic. Nice job.

Can this work with any other versions of Doom 3? I can't update mine to 1.3.1 due to crashing issues.

Doom:One + Hard Doom - Pistol Zombies (It breaks the enemies that Hard Doom uses, or just the zombies) = Doomsday Challenge.

Well, that sucks. I'll let it slide though, because 1. I understand that id Software changed the files to make Doom 3 BFG Edition hard to modify, and 2. I'm planning on buying the original.

Just asking, I made a huge mistake on buying the BFG Edition, btw, but can this work for the BFG Edition? If not, please add a compatibility for RBDoom3BFG. This looks so good. I won't mind if you can't.

At least you can play it on the g instead of waiting to get to your house after traveling to play it. Unless you have a laptop, then I guess so.

Well made! Though, I think it's best if you add in a custom story, or just custom maps, because using the default story mode is not that great for such a mod like this. Maybe make the maps/story like Doom. Not judging it, even though it is actually pretty good for such an early stage, but suggesting a feature for it.
