But what does that mean? Well, each stage has a limited set of planned features. If most of them are realised, I assemble a test game that is fully playable. At some stages, I'll plan to handle balancing and playtime. After each Stage, I look at the current gameplay. If a feature isn't funny, I alter or remove it.
Stage 3 was the last finished state, I just uploaded some Screenshots from then. Stage 4 is in development for 1 month, many things have changed. The gameplay is evolving, so I hope to release a playable demo when i'm finished with '4'.

sounds like caterpillar tycoon to me...
I never heard of that game before, looks like a tycoon-simulation-hybrid to me. There are another two titles: 'Skyscraper Simulator' and 'Building Inc.'.
But none of them seem to be like the classic tycoon-games I wished them to be :(
