The days after is about the time after the apocalypse, you start out as a lone survivor searching for a community.
Once you have found a community you have to search for supplies and rescue other survivors that are in danger or simply seeking a community aswell.
Once the community is too big for its current location you will have to relocate the community to a more suitable area, There are many location to choose from all with their own pros and cons.
Every survivor has their own set of skills that can be usefull within the community whether it be medical or mechanical skills.
Each community location has facilities that can be build and upgraded, from watch towers to farming facilities.
The world is full of zombies from slow and weak to armoured soldiers.
hunting them down is a good way to gather ammunition and weapons, there are alot of different weapons to fight with wether it is melee or ranged.
The campaign mode is our latest addition to Venture, this campaign will take you and your army to many worlds with each world having its own style.
You start this campaign on your ship, which is in orbit of a certain planet. This planet is held captive and you are on a mission to liberate this planet.
There are many planets held captive in this universe, you quest is to liberate all of them. In your ship you are able to design your army to do so, build your assets piece by piece until they are ready for battle. At first you are limited to certain pieces to build your assets with, after liberating a planet you will gain acces to more pieces ranging from wheels to missiles.
Each planet is different they range from being in the middle ages to being far ahead of your time, this will require a different aproach for each planet. Each planet has multiple missions to be finished to being able to liberate it, ranging from defending a civilization to destroy en enemy base.
All information is in alpha state and may be changed in a later state.

I think if you're Basing this off from SOD you should also IMPROVE your Guns Combat not just the Melee, and Also if there will be some NPCs in this Game you should've be Able them to use Guns, I mean i am ****** about SOD for not implementing it in the system of the NPCs and Companion AI even if they are Equipped with Guns they will never Use it outside of the Safe Houses.
But Definitely This is Such A Good Idea.

We are working hard on the combat system [ shooting and melee ] as this is one of the mechanics of the game, and we awnt it to be as smooth as possible.
Also the companion will run on almost the same system as the player which means they can make use of guns and melee combat!

Sure you've heard this alot but looks very much like this is inspired off state of decay. Which is by no means a bad thing. The fact you guys are willing to take in ideas from the community alone bumps it up past that in my opinion. One more Tracker to list ;) Nice work so far, cant wait to see what you guys bring to the table. Best of luck with everything!
