Leaden Sky is an upcoming singleplayer horror shooter focused on storytelling and intensive atmosphere, drawing inspiration from games like Metro and Stalker.

History

My name is Łukasz Zagawa and I have been working on Leaden Sky for quite some time.

Previously I made a prototype that was updated for 3 years between 2018 and 2021, but eventually it was scrapped due to numerous issues with development and because I just wasn't happy about the direction it was heading.

I started all over again to fix all previous mistakes and luckily succeeded in doing so, as the new 2022 demo is what the final game will be built upon and it's significantly better than any of the old prototypes I've done in the past.

Leaden Sky is a game that I always wanted to create - a story based shooter, I'm a big fan of horror and FPS games which is why Leaden Sky features many mechanics commonly associated with first person shooters despite being a 2D game as well as elements typical of classic horror games.

I plan to release the game on Steam once it's ready.
