I played the game today, its totally amazing, really fun indeed.
Any chance of online multiplayer in future? I understand the importance of split screen to this game but that's no reason it cant be online, there's a game called "Screen Cheat"which has split screen even with online.
Also would it be possible to add 3 - 4 player matches? I can imagine this would be really fun with 3 - 4 people!
There is lots of interesting touches like the blink for example. I couldn't work out what it would be useful for at first but then I realized it was perfect for making ambushes, it stops the other player looking at your screen to see where you are, but obviously if you know where you are then you can just use their screen to work out when to strike!
Love the team choosing menu, that works really well and the winning screen is really nice, its good having the playback thing there so you can laugh at each other messing up.
Love the concept, will try it with some friends soon, looks really fun.
You guys know the video game Kieru? It has the same concept as this game and I'm wondering what makes this game different than that.
I see what you mean, apart from the £10 difference, I think the main difference is that this game focuses on local multiplayer and using the other persons screen as much as your own whereas Kieru looks to be a very typical online team slaughter kind of setup. In short this game feels to me like a cross between Kieru and Screen Cheat.
One of the most original concepts I've seen for ages! A few strategically-placed fine details (not necessarily visual, of course) and this could be a real winner!
Watching with interest :D
