Does buying it on Desura include two copies like it does buying it directly from Steam?

I have it on Steam and like it, matches are very quick so if you are on a break, you can easily do 1 or 2 matches, you should go check out the reviews on Steam to see what the others think too.
Plus the devs are very open and active in the forums.
